What you'll be doing

We are looking for a
Revenue Management Analyst
to join Host Wise's fast-growing Revenue Management team. This is a high-impact role for someone 
analytical, autonomous, proactive and highly execution-driven
, who wants to grow quickly in a dynamic environment.

You will support the definition, execution and continuous improvement of Host Wise's pricing strategy for more than 
530 short- and mid-term rental assets
. You will work closely with our Revenue team and report directly to the 
Revenue Manager
 and 
CRO
. You will analyze data, implement pricing adjustments, monitor results, and help us push forward innovative and automated practices to maximize revenue and margins.

  • Execute 
    daily, weekly and monthly pricing
     
    updates
     and support the implementation of the 365-day pricing strategy;
  • Prepare and maintain r
    evenue dashboards and reports
    , monitoring KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy and Pick-up;
  • Analyze pricing tests, market data and competitor trends using tools like 
    PriceLabs, Airdna and Guesty
    ;
  • Identify 
    anomalies
    , 
    improvement
     
    opportunities
     and data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue;
  • Support the 
    creation
     and 
    automation
     of spreadsheets, dashboards and workflows to increase efficiency.

Skills for the role

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, data analysis, pricing or similar analytical roles;
  • Strong command of 
    Excel/Google Sheets
     (lookup functions, dashboards; macros is a plus);
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to interpret data and propose actions;
  • Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility and ownership;
  • Strong organization and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
