Irá desenvolver uma estratégia de vendas e comunicação e será responsável por:
- Desenvolver e ajustar estratégias de pricing para maximizar RevPAR e GOPPAR.
- Monitorizar diariamente a procura, ocupação e comportamento dos mercados.
- Gerir canais de distribuição e otimizar a presença nas OTAs.
- Criar forecasts precisos e relatórios de performance para apoio à gestão.
- Acompanhar tendências, concorrência e eventos que impactem a procura.
- Trabalhar em articulação com Vendas, Marketing e Operações.
Pontos fortes para esta oportunidade:
Experiência prévia em Revenue Management na hotelaria (obrigatório).
Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados.
Domínio de PMS, Channel Manager, RMS e ferramentas de análise.
Capacidade de decisão, proatividade e atenção ao detalhe.
Excelentes competências de comunicação e gosto por trabalho em equipa.
