What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Junior Revenue Manager to join Host Wise's fast-growing Revenue Management team. This is a high-impact role for someone analytical, autonomous, proactive and highly execution-driven, who wants to grow quickly in a dynamic environment.

You will support the definition, execution and continuous improvement of Host Wise's pricing strategy for more than 530 short- and mid-term rental assets. You will work closely with our Revenue team and report directly to the Revenue Manager and CRO. You will analyze data, implement pricing adjustments, monitor results, and help us push forward innovative and automated practices to maximize revenue and margins.

  • Execute daily, weekly and monthly pricing updates and support the implementation of the 365-day pricing strategy;
  • Prepare and maintain revenue dashboards and reports, monitoring KPIs such as ADR, RevPAR, Occupancy and Pick-up;
  • Analyze pricing tests, market data and competitor trends using tools like PriceLabs, Airdna and Guesty;
  • Identify anomalies, improvement opportunities and data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue;
  • Support the creation and automation of spreadsheets, dashboards and workflows to increase efficiency.

Skills for the role

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, data analysis, pricing or similar analytical roles;
  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (lookup functions, dashboards; macros is a plus);
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to interpret data and propose actions;
  • Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility and ownership;
  • Strong organization and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with PriceLabs, Airdna, Guesty or other RMS/PMS tools.
  • Experience creating automated reports or dashboards (Looker Studio, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or short-term rentals.

    Candidates who pass the previous stages will be invited to participate in an in-person Case Study lasting up to 3 hours at our office. Lack of response or interest at this stage will disqualify candidates from moving forward.
  • Case Study Presentation

    Candidates will present the results of the Case Study, with an analysis of how they executed and achieved the expected outcomes.
  • Final Offer

    Selected candidates will receive a formal offer letter, outlining all benefits for review and final approval.
