Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze security exercise reports (Pentests, Redteam, technical audits).
  • Identify critical vulnerabilities and assess the relevance of the presented technical conclusions.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Support entities in understanding the impact of findings.
  • Validate and challenge remediation plans proposed by entities (ensuring they effectively resolve the problem).
  • Evaluate the quality of technical evidence provided after remediation (logs, configurations, scans).
  • Consolidate progress, analyze blockers, and produce reliable summaries for governance.
  • Coordinate security review phases (scoping, kickoff, results analysis).
  • Improve processes and tools for the SRM04 team.
  • Collaborate with other defense teams (Redteam, Audit, CyberProgram) to avoid duplication of effort.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity (preferably in Pentesting, Technical Audit, SOC/IR, or Security Assessment).
  • Proven experience in analyzing Redteam/Pentest reports.
  • Mastery of attack concepts and techniques (MITRE ATT&CK, exploitation, post-exploitation).
  • Strong knowledge of defense requirements: IAM/PAM, monitoring, hardening, secure architecture, and vulnerability management.
  • Ability to analyze raw technical evidence (logs, scans) and challenge experts.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.
  • Fluent English.
