Role Description

The Freight Forwarder will operate within the fast-paced Automotive Logistics team, supporting multiple Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers with their
time-critical ad-hoc shipments
. The primary responsibility of this role is to
quote all shipment requests to and from Morocco, Portugal, Spain, and France
, ensuring speed, accuracy, and service excellence.

The successful candidate will leverage our extensive partner network while also developing new supplier relationships using local market knowledge. They will be expected to maintain outstanding levels of customer satisfaction, deliver commercially competitive solutions, and uphold GBA Logistics' standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and effective communication
  • Proven organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English, Portuguese & Spanish. French desirable
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in the logistics sector, particularly with road transportation, is a strong advantage
