We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Specialist
to join our team. You will implement, customize, and manage enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Location:
Lisbon preferred, but candidates from other locations may also be considered.

What You'll Do:

  • Implement, customize, and manage Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and other modules.
  • Design and develop custom entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Develop custom plugins, scripts, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, OData, and SOAP.
  • Build custom business applications and reports with PowerApps and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring solutions meet quality and performance standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate).
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, data model, security model, and configuration.
  • Experience with custom workflows, business rules, and business process flows.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; knowledge of Angular or React is a plus.
  • Experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow).
  • Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment/release management tools (Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365 LCS).
  • Fluent in English (minimum B2) and Portuguese.
