We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We also handle our customers' back office operations from three hubs, in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
Our Human Resources department is recruiting to support the development of our new hub in Lisbon.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Lisbon will work in a collaborative environment. He/She will have a dual reporting line: functionally to the Head of Talent Acquisition based in Switzerland and hierarchically to the CEO in Lisbon. This role also involves collaborating with a multi-site team to share best practices.
The start date for this position is from January 2026.
The team
You will be part of a Switzerland-based HR team of 8 committed HR experts, operating in a highly collaborative environment.
Reporting directly to the Lisbon CEO, who leads the back-office and financial operations teams, you will be closely involved in strategic recruitment decisions.
The Lisbon hub, launched in September 2025, currently has around 30 employees and is in a strong growth phase. You will actively contribute to scaling this hub and shaping its future organization.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, Lisboa, Portugal).
Your responsibilities
You will be involved throughout the recruitment cycle from job postings on various channels, analyzing applications, to the final selection.
You will be responsible for a recruitment portfolio and be autonomous in the recruitment processes assigned to you. Your tasks will include:
• Posting job advertisements for your assigned portfolio across various platforms,
• Managing applications,
• Implementing direct approaches through sourcing candidates on specialized sites when necessary,
• Conducting pre-qualification interviews with candidates,
• Organizing interviews and following up on applications throughout the recruitment process,
• Assisting with the assessment process according to the defined strategy for each position,
• Ensuring quality follow-up on your assigned portfolio and reporting on your activities,
• Keeping track of files and reporting on your activities.
You will also have a transversal role through the following tasks:
• Creating a talent pool for recurring recruitment needs,
• Contributing to the local employer branding,
• Participating in specialized forums to meet potential candidates and promote Azqore.
Your core competencies
• Successful experience in recruiting banking back office profiles (settlement officers, cash transfer, corporate actions, reconciliation & investigation officers...)
• You are autonomous, tenacious, rigorous, and able to manage multiple recruitment simultaneously. Boredom will not be part of your days, but you must know how to organize yourself to handle the various ongoing projects.
• You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to achieve a goal.
• You have a good level of communication and can adapt to different hierarchical levels. You will be in contact with our internal clients and must deliver a high level of quality while being time-sensitive.
• Fluent English is mandatory (oral & written) and French is a nice to have.
