The challenge
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Outbound Sales team. Your mission will be to drive qualified opportunities through outbound campaigns, events, and targeted activations, while empowering our sales team with top-notch enablement materials.

This is a role for someone who thrives on connecting marketing with sales impact, enjoys both strategy and execution, and is eager to shape how we grow internationally.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, multichannel cadences).
  • Organize and manage events (fairs, conferences, business missions, dinners, digital activations), always measuring impact on leads and pipeline.
  • Produce impactful presentations, one-pagers, success cases, and commercial support materials.
  • Prepare trade fair kits, demos, and visual supports for the sales team.
  • Contribute to the design of commercial narratives aligned with our product story.
  • Define and execute a nurturing strategy to strengthen lead engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and event performance, focusing on conversion.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Experience in outbound marketing, events, and prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email, multichannel).
  • Strong copywriting skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Results-driven with a collaborative approach alongside Sales teams.
  • Experience in the food industry or other complex B2B environments.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
