We are looking for our next Data Engineer (Azure):

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields
  • Relevant Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Fabric
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services for data engineering and analytics, including Azure SQL Database, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and Data Factory
  • Familiarity with Azure storage and compute services, including Blob Storage, SQL Data Warehouse, HDInsight, and Azure Functions
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or C# for building data pipelines, data processing, and automation scripts
  • Experience with data manipulation and transformation using Azure Databricks or Apache Spark
  • Experience in data modeling, cleansing, transformation, and preparation for analytics and reporting
  • Understanding of data architecture principles and best practices, including data lake architectures, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Knowledge of Azure security and compliance features, including data encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and Azure Security Center
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting data engineering solutions on Azure
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
