You'll lead a talented team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists, ensuring our enterprise-grade systems run seamlessly while positioning us for the next wave of HR innovation, including chatbots, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.

What You'll Accomplish
Operational Leadership Excellence

  • Lead and develop a distributed team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists across multiple regions
  • Master the art of virtual leadership, inspiring high performance across time zones and cultures
  • Build your leadership capabilities in a role designed for growth and expanding responsibilit

Technology Operations Mastery

  • Own our enterprise HR technology ecosystem: SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD, engagement platforms, and Document Management systems
  • Drive operational excellence across our global HR technology infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance, and user satisfaction
  • Collaborate strategically with IT teams on system integrations, upgrades, and maintenanc

Innovation Partnership

  • Work closely with our Head of People Data & Digital Solutions to evaluate and deploy emerging technologies
  • Explore the practical applications of chatbots, generative AI, and agentic AI in HR operations
  • Balance innovation exploration with maintaining rock-solid current operations

What You Bring To The Role
Your Foundation

  • Proven leadership experience in HR technology operations, HRIS management, or similar tech-focused people functions
  • Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (engagement platform experience is valuable but not required)
  • Demonstrated success managing technology operations, governance frameworks, and process optimizatio

  • Structured approach to team management combined with genuine curiosity about emerging HR technologies
