Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a hands-on Python Engineer with a strong object-oriented programming foundation and experience in C++, C#, or Java. You will develop robust, production-grade services that integrate AI and data pipelines into trading systems. This is not a research role but an engineering-heavy position with a focus on speed, reliability, and scalability – all in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• Design and build Python-based services and APIs for AI-enabled applications

• Apply strong OOP principles to ensure maintainable, scalable software architecture

• Develop integration layers connecting real-time data streams, trading workflows, and AI components

• Work on deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices; containerization experience is preferred

• Cooperate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver rapid iterations in an Agile setup

The Ideal candidate

• Proven experience in Python development for complex, production-grade systems

• Strong object-oriented programming background in C++, C#, or Java

• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and messaging systems in distributed architectures

• Exposure to DevOps practices - CI/CD pipelines, Docker (Kubernetes a plus)

• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and deliver under tight deadlines

• Experience in financial markets or real-time platforms

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow)

• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and container orchestration
