About The Role:
We are looking for a
(Senior)
Financial Controller
to join our EU Controlling team, taking full ownership of all Controlling and Financial Reporting activities for our
Offline Business Unit
-
Wholesale
and
Stores
. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting - Revenue, COGS, OPEX, etc. - across several key European markets such as
Germany, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, and Italy.
At the same time, you will act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams, providing data-driven insights and supporting decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements: You'll ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial reports, providing a clear picture of our financial health.
• Analyze the impact of business actions on financial results: You'll evaluate how different business decisions affect our financial performance, guiding strategic choices.
• Prepare internal and external management reporting packages: You'll compile and present data for stakeholders, offering insights into our financial status and progress.
• Set and track goals to steer company performance: You'll establish key performance indicators and monitor their progress, ensuring we stay on track to meet our objectives.
• Ensure accurate and reliable accounting data: You'll maintain the integrity of our financial information, enabling sound decision-making.
• Provide insightful analyses on sales, costs, profitability, and efficiency: You'll dissect financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Act as a business partner for non-finance stakeholders: You'll collaborate with other departments, offering financial expertise to support their initiatives.

Who We're Looking For:

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A.
• You possess strong knowledge of accounting and controlling aspects.
• You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Power Query, PowerBI, or Tableau is a plus.
• You have a hands-on mentality, strong analytical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn, flexible and resilience.
