We are now looking for a talented
Software Engineering Services – Quality & Performance Business Partner
to join our Quality & Agility team and help us deliver on our promise of trusted, high-impact software for some of the world's most demanding industries. At Critical Software, quality is a mindset embedded in everything we do.

As a QBP, you'll act as a strategic partner to one of our business divisions, embedding quality practices that enable excellence, support compliance, and create real business value. You'll be at the heart of project execution, working side-by-side with software engineering project teams, leadership, and support areas to drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Experience working in software engineering and tech-based project environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to influence without authority
• Analytical skills to interpret quality data and translate it into meaningful action
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A collaborative attitude, with the ability to build trust and credibility across teams
• Solid understanding of project and quality standards (e.g., PMBOK, ISO 9001, EN 9100, CMMI)

As a Quality & Performance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

• Embedding quality practices tailored to software engineering and tech-based projects, aligned with business goals in the business division you support
• Monitoring project performance and quality through regular check-ups and proactive risk identification
• Collaborating with division leadership to align delivery strategies and quality objectives with business goals
• Supporting project reviews and PMO efforts, helping assess project health from a delivery and quality perspective
• Ensuring audit readiness, supporting internal/external audits and compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO, CMMI, EN9100)
• Driving continuous improvement, helping teams identify and implement smarter ways of working, specially related with systems and software engineering
• Contributing to project planning and execution alignment, ensuring early detection of risks and corrective actions
• Analyzing customer satisfaction and complaints, and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
• Coaching and supporting Project Managers and QA engineers, ensuring their contribution adds clear value to project teams
• Delivering training or guidance on project delivery and quality topics, when necessary, in a pragmatic and engaging way
• Contributing to the evolution of the IMS, with feedback from real project and business experience
