We are looking for Customer Service Agent with native level of German to work in different fields (Finance, Technical, CS...).

Responsibilities:  
-Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail.
-Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaints.
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meet the specificity of each customer, listening carefully. 
-Go beyond the customer expectations in order to leave memories in their minds and share their great experience.

Requirements:
-High level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
-Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues.  
-Treat all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality.   
-Proactivity and self-motivation.
