Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Support the senior accountants, wider finance and business administration team
  • Collaborate with internal teams ensuring efficient business administration processes and controls
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing data on expense claims, payments, and payroll entries
  • Review accounting entries; Request corrections when appropriate; Support the monthly closing process
  • Support data collection for accounting, tax, or statistical reporting
  • Process supplier orders and customer charging

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

You are a self-driven worker and capable of taking responsibility, working with colleagues and partners to achieve quality results, and completing deadlines. Your strong communication skills allow you to establish successful cooperation within your team and with others quickly. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills that support your attention to detail and focus on delivery.

  • A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar field of studies
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant area, preferably in a Shared Services Center
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
  • Experience with SAP will be valued
  • A can-do attitude and detail-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
