Sale Specialist

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team in the Base Oil, Engine Oil, and Bitumen industry. The ideal candidate will have strong market understanding, proven sales capability, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business opportunities within the Base Oil, Engine Oil, and Bitumen sectors.
- Identify potential clients, distributors, and trading partners across targeted markets.
- Manage the complete sales process—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and meet defined sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience in Base Oil, Lubricants, Petrochemicals, or Bitumen (Preferred), Welcome candidate with Sale Background.
- Strong market knowledge and connections within the oil & energy sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and a target-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Tools & Skills (Preferred)
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator / B2B platforms
- Strong email communication and follow-up skills
