About the RoleAs a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Danish and English
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic support to customers
Troubleshoot and resolve product- or service-related issues
Ensure all cases are logged accurately and followed up on time
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience
Job Requirements- Native or C1/C2 level of Danish
- English (spoken and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage
- Competitive monthly salary with two extra salaries per year (holiday and Christmas bonuses)
