As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor, youll be the voice of top global brands providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.
You will:

Communicate clearly and empathetically in Danish and English.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Log and follow up on cases accurately.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Native or C1/C2 level in Danish.

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.

Competitive monthly salary with two extra salaries per year (holiday & Christmas bonuses).
