About
the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Credit & Risk Reporting Consultant to join a
dynamic Credit & Regulatory Reporting team. You will be responsible
for Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) calculation and analysis, supporting regulatory
reporting (COREP, Pillar III, Large Exposures, SREP) and contributing to
the Group Basel solvency ratio.

• Develop and implement a new aftercare
  process for BASEL IV framework disclosures related to Credit
  Risk and Securitization.
• Analyze and explain key variations between
  BASEL III and BASEL IV regulations.
• Support first production exercises
  linked to the projects above.
• Contribute to transversal activities, including:
• Development and
  implementation of internal controls
• Creation of new process
  frameworks within the team
• Preparation and
  organization of Senior Management committee materials

• 3–4 years' professional experience in Risk,
  Finance, or Audit/Assurance within the banking sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration,
  Finance, or related field
• Solid understanding of credit risk concepts
  – Standard and IRBA approaches
• Knowledge of prudential frameworks and
  standards (BASEL III and BASEL IV)
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Access, SQL,
  Business Objects – desirable

• English – Expert (mandatory)
• Portuguese – Practical knowledge appreciated

• Work in a key risk and regulatory reporting
  function within a high-performing team
• Gain experience with Basel IV
  implementation and credit risk analysis
• Contribute to process improvements and
  regulatory compliance initiatives
