What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
We are looking for a
proactive, detail-oriented
professional to support our
IT Finance Manager
in delivering accurate, timely, and efficient financial and procurement operations for the technology organization. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate across IT, Procurement, and Finance functions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Procurement & Purchase Order Management
- Manage the end-to-end
Purchase Order (PO)
lifecycle - Ensure accuracy and compliance in PO and invoice processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices
Project Portfolio Support
- Assist with setup and financial tracking of projects in the
Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
system - Support project managers with accurate financial monitoring
Vendor and Contract Management
- Maintain a
centralized contract database
for all IT vendors - Monitor contract renewals and support negotiation and documentation processes
- Ensure audit-ready documentation for compliance
Audit and Compliance
- Contribute to audit readiness and implementation of compliance controls
- Assist during internal and external audit processes related to IT financials
Reporting and Analysis
- Develop ad hoc
financial and procurement reports - Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and cost-saving opportunities
Key competencies to empower your journey. You'll drive towards success if:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting, vendor management, procurement or administration
- Proficiency in advanced English.
- Advanced Excel skills are advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Great analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Superb organisational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Motivated person who can work with a remote team
- Good interrelation skills with other teams
