Insurance Corporate Senior Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Be responsible for our clients' new business quotations, renewals, mid term adjustments and general queries;
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts managed by the team and work alongside the sales team in order to expand the business;
  • Develop a close and trusting relationship within the insurance markets and our clients;
  • Manage a small-sized team of 5 Account Managers as part of the team leader role;
  • Administer performance appraisals and serves as a coach for the Account Managers team.

What you need to have:

  • A relevant degree or masters degree;
  • At least 8 years of experience in the financial area;
  • Solid experience managing corporate accounts;
  • English and Portuguese language proficiency;
  • Have great dynamic and interpersonal skills;
  • Have a growth and business driven mindset.
