The Offer:

  • Online chatting, e-mailing, and handling incoming customer requests and calls, accordingly assigned;
  • Recognizing the client's issue and resolving it through investigation;
  • Keeping a record of every action and classifying situations and potential faults;
  • Enter accurate information into database.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills;
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide timely information;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues;
  • Flexibility, high organization skills, and management of workload efficiently;
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse markets.
