The Offer:
- Online chatting, e-mailing, and handling incoming customer requests and calls, accordingly assigned;
- Recognizing the client's issue and resolving it through investigation;
- Keeping a record of every action and classifying situations and potential faults;
- Enter accurate information into database.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills;
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide timely information;
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment;
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues;
- Flexibility, high organization skills, and management of workload efficiently;
- Cultural sensitivity and understanding of diverse markets.
