– an opportunity to grow, learn, and make an impact from day one

Based in our Lisbon headquarters, you'll join a talented and supportive People team on a 6-month internship. Your mission? Power the company's growth by contributing across the full HR spectrum – with a strong focus on
Talent Acquisition
, while also gaining exposure to
Onboarding
and
People & Culture
initiatives.

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the full candidate cycle and broader HR operations, while collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Oceania.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition process from A-Z for your assigned areas and profiles;
  • Sourcing candidates with different profiles all over Europe through online channels, local sources, partnerships, social media, referrals and other sources;
  • Conducting and scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience;
  • Assisting in onboarding processes for new joiners;
  • Collaborating on People & Culture topics and team initiatives;
  • Building strong talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates;
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and representing the Indie Campers employer brand;
  • Participating in strategic HR meetings and internal projects.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You're a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (mandatory);
  • You have strong English communication skills, both spoken and written (mandatory);
  • You're a people person – proactive, curious, and comfortable interacting with candidates and team,
  • You're ambitious, eager to learn, and excited to be part of a growing international company.
