About The Job

• The Assistant Relationship Officer (RO) Trainee's mission is to support the Bank´s relationship management of certain subsidiaries of the group's international corporate clients as Assistant RO in an innovative, digital and industrial way

Your Main Activities Are

• Service corporate clients digitally via phone, email, chat and video
• Ensure that the business is performed in alignment with the group's «One Bank» strategy
• Act in a product neutral manner in the best interest of the clients and of the BNP Paribas group globally
• Ensure that compliance rules, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) , fight against money laundering (AML) and Terrorism Financing, and all BNPP's regulations for client intake and client servicing are observed, as well as any local country regulations
• Participate in the credit process and follow-up on credit decisions
• Ensure data accuracy

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor Degree in International Relations, Economics, Finance or any related fields
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Knowledge in
• MS Office Pack, particularly Excel
• Digital Working, particularly Video Conferencing, Chat and CRM tools
• Client focused mindset with the ability to communicate, interact and engage in an impactful manner
• Great organizational skills with a committed, rigorous and proactive approach
