Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, organizing files, responding to email and phone inquiries, and supporting the team with planning and coordination needs. Additional duties may include preparing reports, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative and Office Management skills such as scheduling, organizational skills, and time management
- Strong Communication and Client Interaction skills for effective correspondence and relationship management
- Proficiency with Technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software such as email and project management tools
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in business administration or a related field are beneficial
- Proficiency in Portuguese is required, fluency in English or any additional language is advantageous
