YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Business Analyst and Tester to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications;
  • Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization;
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements;
  • Document detailed functional requirements, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
  • Provide support during development and testing.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 4 years of experience;
  • Requirements analysis skills;
  • Ability to write functional tests;
  • Work experience in scrum methodology;
  • Analysts with technical skills are preferred;
  • Experience in documenting detailed functional requirements;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
