Funções e responsabilidades:

  • Interagir com os clientes através de vários canais de comunicação, incluindo voz, email e chat, tanto para os canais B2C como B2B;

  • Dar as boas-vindas aos clientes e identificar eficazmente as suas necessidades para fornecer soluções adaptadas;

  • Aconselhar os clientes e potenciais clientes sobre a nossa gama diversificada de produtos e serviços, promovendo a tomada de decisões informadas;

  • Despertar o interesse dos cientes, apresentando a nossa oferta completa de produtos e as suas vantagens;

  • Dar prioridade à resolução no primeiro contacto para melhorar a experiência do cliente e simplificar a prestação de serviços;

  • Aumentar a satisfação do cliente em cada interação, assegurando uma impressão positiva e duradoura.

O que te fará triunfar nesta função

  • Atestado Médico de Incapacidade Multiusos igual ou superior a 60% (obrigatório);
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Perfil proativo, dinâmico e com sentido de responsabilidade;
