Job Description:

Your Job Away is a specialised recruitment consultancy for the portuguese market. We work with clients at various fields. In this moment we are recruiting Costumer Service Agents with high level of french in different fields, as for example Finance, Technical and Health.

This job is perfect for candidates which have good communications skills and love to help costumers. Beyond that, this job fits with candidates who loves being in innovative work environment.

Responsabilities:

  • Assist customers with assistance in managing and accessing patient care and health;
  • Telephone support in using the software of our client;
  • Training the customer in the use of the services;
  • Ensure fast and efficient processing of requests received by e-mail.

Requirements:

  • High level of French (C2 minimum) and fluent in English (B2 minimum);
  • Be able to write and communicate in a excellent way;
  • EU work documentation;
  • Demonstrate patience and resilience in contact with the costumers;
  • Manage all data and personal information with maximum confidentiality;
  • Be Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player.
