We are looking for an Area Manager who, within the Operations team, will act as the point of

contact between the corporate team and the managers of the various hotels.

What you will do.

● Monitor KPIs to achieve monthly and annual targets for B&B, implementing and following

up on the necessary action plan.

● Follow up and support the mandate team to optimise the revenue of the hotels under

their responsibility (room revenue, breakfast, bbshop, etc.).

● Conducting audits to verify the correct implementation of B&B standards.

● Supporting managers in their initial stage at the hotels.

● Supporting and accompanying managers during openings and in the implementation of

B&B standards (breakfasts, signage, etc.).

● Participating in the organisation of meetings with managers.

What we are looking for.

● Knowledge of hotel operations.

● Knowledge of office automation (Google and Office).

● Fluent English.

● Accustomed to working with the construction, monitoring and fulfilment of action plans.

● Experience in KPI/dashboard analysis.

● Experience in the hospitality and tourism sector or in area manager roles in another

sector is an advantage.

● Experience in participating in audits is an advantage.
