Assegurar a execução dos serviços contratados (com especial ênfase nos serviços prestados pela equipa de Service Desk) de acordo com os termos contratuais, penalidades, SLAs e KPIs;
Garantir a entrega eficiente do serviço e a satisfação dos clientes (externos e sobretudo, internos);
Identificar áreas de melhoria proativamente e sugerir soluções para otimizar o serviço em termos de desempenho e confiabilidade;
Atuar como ponto de escalonamento entre o cliente e os seus fornecedores;
Contactarcom fornecedores externos sempre que necessário para se responder a incidentes, problemas, pedidos de serviço ou outras alterações;
Agilizar a comunicação entre as partes interessadas aquando de incidentes cujo impacto assim o exige;
Garantir que o fornecedor mantém a Base de Conhecimento atualizada;
Ter conhecimento aprofundado das práticas de ITIL.
