About the role:
The SAP P2P Supply SAP Supply Expert will be part of the SAP Center of Excellence and a key contributor to the global S/4HANA implementation project. Together with business counterparts and our implementation partner, you will be responsible for the design of the core model (global template) in terms of P2P processes and system capabilities, delivering the system, conducting testing, providing user training and hypercare support. You will ensure the system meets business needs and processes are optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new S/4HANA Retail system.

What you'll do:

Process Optimization Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine business processes, ensuring that the SAP system fully supports these operations.System Integration Efforts: Collaborate on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems, facilitating smooth data transfer and functionality.User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to users, equipping them with the knowledge needed to utilize the SAP system effectively.Core Model Workshops: Conduct alignment workshops for core model solutions in cooperation with business process owners (BPOs) and implementation partners.Technical Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions and estimates to ensure they meet business requirements.Solution Compliance Assurance: Ensure that both functional and technical solutions align with business needs and organizational guidelines.Knowledge Transfer Support: Facilitate effective functional and technical knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support teams.
Requirements:

SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, particularly in greenfield implementations.In-depth Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically:

1. Sales & Distribution (expert)
2. Finance (intermediary)
3. Project System (intermediary)
4. Controlling (intermediary)

Configuration Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP MM, Ariba functionalities, ensuring alignment of Procurement& Supply with best practices.Business Requirement Translation: Ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.Integration Tool Experience: Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.Project Management Abilities: Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.Fluency in English.
