As part of the Global Operations team within Asset Servicing, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of voluntary actions.

Your key responsabilities:
Manage and oversee asset servicing processes, providing strategic direction and leadership for the entire asset servicing function.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all asset servicing activities and resolve discrepancies and complex issues throughout the process.
Lead the reconciliation of asset servicing records and maintain accurate transaction records, including oversight of all reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with other financial institutions and external parties to ensure smooth asset servicing, acting as the primary point of contact for interactions related to this service.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies related to asset servicing, providing expert guidance on regulatory matters.
Identify and implement high-level process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy in the asset servicing function, working closely with senior management and other stakeholders.
Provide mentoring, training, and leadership to junior and mid-level team members involved in the asset servicing process.
Act as the backup for the Team Leader when necessary, following up on projects, monitoring performance and reporting, overseeing presentations, and handling other activities.
You must have:
Degree in Finance or similar field;
2-3 years background in finance or similar area;
Ability to work in a demanding environment;
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in english;
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
