We are looking for a new Paid Channel Manager to join our Marketing Team at our Lisbon office.
Job Overview:
The Paid Channel Manager will be responsible for the strategic execution and optimization of advertising budgets across key paid media platforms, with a focus on driving measurable growth and achieving defined targets. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, data analysis, and the ability to adapt strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.
Core Responsibilities:
- Performance Optimization:
Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and creative assets across paid channels to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), conversion rates, and sales efficiency. - Budget Management:
Oversee monthly advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing ROI across multiple digital channels. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Extract, analyze, and interpret performance data to generate actionable insights and performance reports, providing valuable feedback to Commercial and Pricing teams. - A/B Testing:
Conduct regular A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and visual assets to identify and implement high-performing elements. - Market & Competitor Analysis:
Keep a close eye on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities or potential challenges in paid media campaigns.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level knowledge of major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Kayak, and familiarity with tracking technologies (pixels, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging). - Analytical Mindset:
Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization and forecasting. - Communication Skills:
Proficient in translating technical marketing metrics into clear, business-focused outcomes for non-technical stakeholders. - Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing or paid media management, ideally in an e-commerce environment or similar fast-paced setting.
