Senior IT Business Analyst – Global Shipment Execution Solutions

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
As part of the oneSAP Project, you will support the rollout of SAP S/4 HANA across all Infineon Sites and contribute to the integration of shipment processes into the new system.
- Act as a shipment track lead within oneSAP rollout projects for production sites and distribution centers
- Gather and consolidate requirements from business stakeholders and advise on implementing their needs
- Coordinate system realization and propose solution design, including system prototyping and configuration
- Conduct integration tests and user acceptance tests and actively drive go-live activities with users
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure smooth project-to-operations transition and effective knowledge transfer
- Share insights, knowledge, and best practices with other project team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement of shipment processes and related SAP solutions
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
You will work on a global IT solution for Infineon Shipment Execution Solutions, taking responsibility for business requirement gathering, analysis, software testing, and rollout.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP within an IT environment or as an SAP consultant (mandatory)
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA and SAP ERP, particularly modules like SD (Sales and Distribution), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), or TM (Transportation Management) (preferred)
- Robust understanding of end-to-end supply chain management (preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills (mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory); knowledge of German or other languages is a plus
