Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French (C2 level)

  • Basic to intermediate English (B1/B2) for internal communication

  • Already living in Porto or nearby areas

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-oriented attitude and reliability

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
