As a Business Analyst, you'll work on high-impact projects related to credit risk, IFRS9, FINREP, Basel IV, and more, helping to deliver smarter, more automated reporting solutions. You'll be part of a cross-border team (Lisbon, Porto, Paris), supporting both development and production activities.
This is a great opportunity to deepen your expertise in financial reporting, data analytics, and regulatory compliance, all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Location: Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, functional requirements.
- Design and validate innovative solutions to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Support users during closing periods and ensure smooth production monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to change management, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- 5 - 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance or reporting.
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in English is mandatory and French is a plus.
- Background in Banking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Team player with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in PORTO per week)
