WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
ROLE:
  • Plan, design, and implement SCCM/Intune architecture, either standalone or in coexistence with Intune;
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in endpoint management in collaboration with customers;
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with documentation policies and guidelines;
  • Create and maintain Best Practices documents for Security Services and maintain the knowledge base;
  • Maintain and manage SCCM environments;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM and Windows operating system customer issues;
  • Manage and troubleshoot GPOs related to workstations;
  • Migrate endpoint management to the cloud, participating in the planning and execution of migrations, upgrades, and integrations;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and performance.
PROFILE:
  • Higher education in Information Technology;
  • More than 4 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Proven experience with strong technical expertise in systems infrastructure in Microsoft environments, including: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD hybrid environments, and Windows Autopilot;
  • Good knowledge of GPO Policies for Intune will be valued;
  • Ability to identify technical problems and define solutions adapted to the customer's context;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Excellent communication skills and a taste for teamwork;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
