Funções:

  • Planear, desenhar e implementar a arquitetura de SCCM/Intune, em modo standalone ou em coexistência com o Intune;

  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na gestão de endpoints em colaboração com os clientes;

  • Criar e manter documentação atualizada de acordo com as políticas e diretrizes de documentação;

  • Criar e manter documentos de Boas Práticas para Serviços de Segurança e manter a base de conhecimento;

  • Manter e gerir ambientes SCCM;

  • Efetuar troubleshooting e resolver problemas de clientes SCCM e do sistema operativo Windows;

  • Gerir e fazer troubleshooting de GPOs relacionadas com workstations;

  • Migrar a gestão de endpoints para a cloud, participando no planeamento e execução de migrações, upgrades e integrações;

  • Efetuar troubleshooting e resolver problemas técnicos para garantir a disponibilidade e o desempenho dos sistemas.

Perfil:

  • Formação superior na área das Tecnologias de Informação;

  • Experiência profissional superior a 4 anos em funções similares;

  • Experiência comprovada com forte especialização técnica em infraestrutura de sistemas, em ambientes Microsoft, incluindo: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, ambientes híbridos de Azure AD e Windows Autopilot;

  • Bons conhecimentos de Políticas de GPO para Intune será valorizado;

  • Capacidade de identificar problemas técnicos e definir soluções adaptadas ao contexto do cliente;

  • Fluência em Português e Inglês;

  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;

  • Boa capacidade de organização e gestão do tempo;

  • Capacidade de resolução de problemas e troubleshooting.
