Junior O2C Specialist – Dutch & English (C1) | Porto (On-site)

Position Details

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00

  • Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €1,300 gross / month (14 months)

  • Attandance Bonus: €300 / month (11 months)

  • Welcome Bonus : €2,000

Role Overview

  • Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable processes

  • Assist with billing, cash application, and dispute handling

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Support month-end closing activities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

  • Minimum 6 months experience in AR / O2C / Finance Operations
    (2–5 years of experience is a strong plus)

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles

  • Good analytical skills and MS Excel knowledge
    (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred)

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus

  • Dutch: Fluent / native level (spoken & written)

  • English: Advanced (C1 level)

  • Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and able to multitask
