Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Infra. Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM. This remote position requires a proactive individual who can drive infrastructure solutions and optimize IT service management processes. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and aligning IT services with business objectives contributing to the companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM to streamline IT service management processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in the development of infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of IT services.
  • Analyze current infrastructure setups and recommend improvements to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all infrastructure-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet service level agreements.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities in ServiceNow platforms.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and scalability of IT services.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Support incident management and problem resolution efforts to minimize service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and ITAM demonstrating a deep understanding of these platforms.
  • Have a strong background in infrastructure architecture with a focus on optimizing IT service delivery.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
