About the Position:
To support and respond to our needs, we are now looking for an Junior Support Business Analystto join a dynamic team in the Porto area, under a hybrid arrangement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to user support requests efficiently Analyzing the figures of profitability computations and application feed issues;
- Enhancing support documentation and procedures;
- Participating in internal projects aimed at improving support efficiency;
- Be capable of identifying, design and implement improvements for our tasks and procedures;
- We value candidates who are dynamic, proactive and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
What we are looking for?
- Experience with SQL is mandatory;
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP Business Objects such as JIRA, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps would be a significant advantage;
- Good level of English;
- Hybrid work in Porto.
