Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As an HR Trainee in Organization Management (OM), you will be part of a global team, supporting the implementation of reorganizations and acting as a project member in automation and digitalization projects.
- Organization Management: Support OM projects and their successful deployment; Support the preparation and implementation of Reorganizations, including quality controls
- Automation Projects: Act as a project member for OM-related automation and digitalization projects, like robotics process automation, implementation of new and enhancements of existing tools
- Training: Support in designing OM training and enablement materials for various stakeholders
- Data Quality: Define initiatives to monitor OM data quality and harmonize processes
- Knowledge Management: Ensure updated OM knowledge documentation is available
- Team Initiatives: Support management and peers with team initiatives, on different phases: plan, conduct, and follow-up
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are a structured, proactive, curious young professional who pays attention to detail. Additionally, you are a team player and can foster fruitful collaboration with others, especially in international contexts and across cultures
- Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology, Business Administration, Data Science, Communication Science, or a related field
- Working Style: Have good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail at all times
- Interests: Passionate about organizational structures, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset. Have an affinity for data, tools, and their dependencies, understanding the importance of high data quality
- Experience: Collected first experience in a multinational work environment, working in HR or data maintenance would be a plus
- Tools: Have a good command of MS Office. Experience with SAP ERP HCM is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, written and spoken
