What You'll Do:
As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting payroll integration.
  • Support training and development initiatives, maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and implementing post-training feedback processes.
  • Assist in payroll administration and personnel management, ensuring accuracy in absences, leave, and benefits.
  • Support benefits and health & safety operations, collaborating with insurance providers and occupational health services.
  • Help with offboarding activities and HR reporting, updating systems and preparing clear metrics for decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor law basics, and digital tools.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork skills.
