We're Hiring: Human Resources Intern (Portugal) Looking to start your career in Human Resources within a fast-growing global company ? Join our HR team in Portugal and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. What You'll Do: As an HR Intern, you will: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting payroll integration. Support training and development initiatives, maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and implementing post-training feedback processes. Assist in payroll administration and personnel management, ensuring accuracy in absences, leave, and benefits. Support benefits and health & safety operations, collaborating with insurance providers and occupational health services. Help with offboarding activities and HR reporting, updating systems and preparing clear metrics for decision-making. What We're Looking For: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration , or similar. Knowledge of HR processes, labor law basics, and digital tools . Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork skills .
