**JOB PURPOSE**:
The purpose of this internship is to support the L&D team in the design, development, and delivery of early careers and organizational learning initiatives. The intern will contribute to the creation of engagement content, coordination of virtual events, and management of communication channels.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
The intern will be involved in the design and development of the following:
**Early careers programmes**:

- Create engagement approach and plan;
- Maintain communication channels and respond to questions;
- Co-ordination of activities and virtual events.

**Organisational learning**:

- Creating posts and engagement content to support learners;
- Identify learning content from LinkedIn Learning ;
- Evaluation and reporting.

The intern will also assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed.
**OBJECTIVES TO BE ACHIEVED BY THE INTERN**:

- Develop and improve professional skills in communication, technology, and teamwork;
- Enhance ability to think globally and work across multiple cultures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English);
- Detail-oriented with problem solving skills, creative, critical thinking and strong work ethic;
- Fast learner, self-motivated, and deeply curious about Learning & Development;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
