**Responsabilidades**:

- Gerir o processo de recrutamento e seleção.
- Realizar a integração e onboarding de novos colaboradores.
- Gerir contratos de trabalho.
- Monitorizar o Processo de Gestão de Competências e Avaliação de Desempenho.
- Assegurar e coordenar a avaliação das necessidades de formação.
- Gerir o plano de formação.
- Gerir o Sistema de Controlo de Tempo.
- Processar a folha de pagamento.
- Promover e assegurar a comunicação interna na empresa.
- Participar ativamente na gestão organizacional e de pessoas.

**Qualificações**:

- Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins.
- Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na área de Recursos Humanos.
- Experiência em processamento de salários.
- Proficiência em inglês, falado e escrito.
- Boas competências informáticas na ótica do utilizador.
- Forte sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia.
- Excelentes competências interpessoais e capacidade de trabalho em equipa.
