Your tasks:
- Plan, coordinate, and control technical activities in the Foundry/Machining area to improve efficiency, safety and quality;
- Ensure the proper operation of Foundry/Machining equipment;
- Participate in the process of acquiring new equipment;
- Coordinate and collaborate in the activities carried out by the maintenance team;
- Monitor, detect and report human resource needs to the head of Foundry and Machining;
- Support in training new employees;
- Support in the strategic management of people and teams;
- Ensure the implementation and standardization of Lean tools;
- Collaborate with the Manager in monitoring the progress of the monthly production budget;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Your profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering: Industrial Management, Mechanical, Materials or similar;
- Production management skills;
- Knowledge of Low Pressure and Brass (preferred);
- Knowledge of Machining and Robotics (preferred);
- Experience with SAP (preferred);
- Google tools command;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
