Arbeitsmodell:
 Hybrid (2 Tage pro Woche im Büro)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und implementierst Optimierungslösungen für hochwertige Werbekunden
  • Du erstellst Kampagnen, Keyword-Pakete, Gebots- und Budgetempfehlungen
  • Du analysierst Daten auf Account- und Kampagnenebene und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab
  • Du erstellst Reports zur Unterstützung deiner Optimierungsstrategien
  • Du arbeitest mit modernen Optimierungstechniken entlang der Kundenziele (Search, GSN, Mobile, Video)
  • Du erkennst Umsatz- und Wachstumspotenziale in bestehenden Accounts
  • Du hältst Prozesse und Richtlinien sicher ein und entwickelst sie aktiv mit
  • Du bringst neue Ideen ein und identifizierst Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten im operativen Ablauf

Dein Profil

  • Du sprichst 
    Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem oder verhandlungssicherem Niveau
  • Dein Englisch ist fließend (mind. B2)
  • Du bringst 
    1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Digital Marketing
     mit
  • Du hast idealerweise im 
    B2B-Umfeld
     gearbeitet und kennst Online-Werbetools wie Google Ads
  • Eine 
    Google Ads Search Zertifizierung
     ist ein Plus
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Du bist technikaffin und interessierst dich für aktuelle Digital-Marketing-Trends
  • Du lernst schnell, denkst analytisch und arbeitest detailgenau
  • Du überzeugst durch Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist und hohe Qualitätsstandards
