Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist, you will maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video.
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
  • Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions.
  • Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities.
  • Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies.
  • Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level.
  • Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in German Language, C1 level or Higher.
  • Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong work ethic with constant focus on quality.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
  • The ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information.
  • Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
  • Min. 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles.
  • Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends.
  • AdWords Search fundamentals certified – will be considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
