- Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards

- Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes
- Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism
- Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon
- No previous experience required – full training will be provided
We offer relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside Portugal:
- Relocation bonus of €2500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle
- Assistance in finding housing tailored to your needs
- For candidates within Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon): €1000 gross support
